My practice is devoted exclusively to U.S. immigration law.
With over a decade of experience in U.S. immigration law, I guide businesses, students, families, and individuals through the complexities of the immigration process. My work includes employment-based visa and workplace compliance strategies, guidance for highly skilled and seasoned professionals, students and recent graduates, as well as family-based immigration and naturalization matters.
Before founding Berk Immigration Law LLC, I practiced at several nationally respected immigration law firms, where I gained extensive experience with employment-based visas, permanent residence, corporate compliance, global mobility, and complex case strategy. My background includes representing multinational businesses, nonprofit organizations, academic and research institutions, and high-skilled professionals across a wide range of industries.
I have been recognized by Super Lawyers as a top-rated immigration attorney and selected to Rising Stars list 2023-2025.
I earned my law degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia and graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia. I am originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania and currently reside in Philadelphia. In my free time, I enjoy solving crossword puzzles and rooting for Philadelphia sports teams.
